The David Hamel Magnetic Generator. David Hamel`s device involves 3 cones (made of flexible aluminum), the cones sit within each other, and the outside of the top of the cones is being repelled by magnets. At the top of the machine there are 2 magnets which repel each other. This pushes down on the cones and it makes them move.
The cones have nowhere to go so they keep moving. The reason why they keep moving is because at the bottom of the David Hamel device there are 3 balls with cups that allow the bottom of the machine to move also.
This technology needs no outside power source, the magnets do all the work. I like to describe the bottom of the device as "rock and roll", the wood base is rocking or rolling on the balls. There is a very nice synchronicity to this perpetual motion machine. The magnets repel each other and the bottom of the device allows everything to keep moving. Apparently this device can reach very high speeds if you lower the top magnet enough. That is the magnet that pushes down on the cones.
